 1. INTRODUCTION:
An exposer visit and training on the foundation of successful fish farming was organized for the members of HNAHLAN FISH FARMING COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD. The main objective of the programme was a managed pond is the backbone of profitable aquaculture. From water quality to fish health, every production outcome depends on how effectively the pond ecosystem is maintained. Proper pond management ensures stable growth conditions, reduces disease risk and improves feed utilisation throughout the culture cycle.
For small farmers and commercial producers are alike, systematic pond care plays a decisive role in achieving consistent yields and long term sustainability.

2. OBJECTIVE OF TRAINING:
i) Ponds conditions directly influence fish growth and survival.
ii) Regular monitoring improves farm efficiency and productivity.
iii) Water quality management.
iv) Feed and Waste management in ponds.
v) To increase fish production and income of fish farmers.

3. TRAINING ACTIVITIES:
i) The programme included both training and practical session.
ii) Dicussion on water quality parameters such as dissolve oxygen, temparature.
iii) Guidance of feedibng management and fish health management.
iv) Question and answering session.
The programme also provided an opportunity for members to strengthen unity and teamwork. All participants shared lunch together which encouraged discussion, experience sharing and mutual learning in an informal settings.

4. OUTCOMES OF THE TRAINING:
i) Farmers gained and interested knowledge on pond management.
ii) Participants understood the importance of regular monitoring of water quality.
iii) Improved awareness about fish disease prevention and control management.
iv) Gaining confidence amongst farmers to  implement improved practises in their own ponds.

5. CONCLUSION:
The exposer visit and training programme was highly beneficial for the members of the producer Company. It strengthen their technical knowledge and encourage the adoption of scientific aquaculture practises for better productivity and sustainability.
The programme concluded successfully witth active participation from all members.
